Do we have to prepay for services?
In most situations we do not require prepayment. However, we reserve the right to request a deposit for new clients or clients that do not have a solid payment record with us.
Do you charge for copies?
We charge the actual cost for copies. We do not make any money on photocopying. Copies average approximately 10 cents per page. We reserve the right to wave the cost of copies for some projects and some clients.
Do you charge for scanning documents?
Typically the cost of scanning documents is built into the price. If we need to charge for this service, then we will let you know ahead of time.
Do you charge to send documents via email or via your website?
We do not charge for these services except in high volume situations. If we need to charge, then we will let you know ahead of time.
How can I send a list of references that need to be retrieved?
You may fax us at 314.647.2482. If you contact us through the website or by telephone, you will be given an email address to which you can send documents. If you have previously worked with us, then you may also send documents to your previous project manager.
How much do you charge to ship documents to us?
We charge the actual cost of shipping. We make no money off of shipping.
